Following our slight intermission (Thanksgiving) we will begin a symphonic chord portraying ANCIENT ROME, the EARLY REPUBLIC and EMPIRE - with GREECE, they both helped establidh the birth of WESTERN CIVILIZATION.....NOTECARDS...you MAY use NOTECARDS on Wednesday quizzes, folks......MAN, you should really make them and use them.....you know!....

As we pass out maps in class you may get a copy on the blog, in case you lose yours.
REMEMBER - READING QUESTIONS will be passed out each week and will be due at the beginning of class EACH MONDAY. Here are the reading assignments for DECEMBER...

THREE MORE WEEKS - YOU SHOULD BE FINISHING UP YOUR RESEARCH for the NHD project - if you have not started yet, begin assorting your cards in your notecard box according to your outline. Follow the NOTECARD COMPILATION ASSIGNMENT rubric to organize your cards.
Remember there is only ONE WAY to earn your 10 points each week - you MUST have 10 notecards each week. Otherwise, it is a zero - stay on top of your research, folks!
We will go over your project concepts the next two weeks.
